One of the first things people notice about me is my passion and energy levels. When I love something I give it everything, it's probably because I was born in Argentina and the passion comes as part of the package, it's in our blood. The good news for you is I love my job, and I love houses, so my clients get everything from me. And because of my passion I've been awarded as Top 10 "New Zealand Agent of the Year 2019" by Ratemyagent.
What I love about it the most is the relationships I form with clients helping them achieve more than they ever thought possible, and then when they recognise my hard work and expertise that helped them get there is very special to me. I have found people to be very appreciative in this industry when you exceed their expectations.
I've always had an interest in design and I've enjoyed renovating my own houses over many years. I consider myself to have great taste and an eye for style, (we Argentineans all say that) and I love having colour in my life. These strengths have helped me advise clients on preparing properties for sale, or seeing potential in homes for buyers.
With my 20-years experience in animation and new media I'm also a storyteller at heart, I back myself to tell the unique story of a home in interesting ways so a buyer can see how it can become the next chapter of theirs.
