Established in 2006, Coriander's take on Indian food has now been a popular favourite for nearly a decade, expanding to different locations and serving hundreds of thousands of Cantabrians from all parts of the area.
Coriander’s all restaurants and the brand has been taken over by the new owners in Feb/2020. Coriander’s now is being operated by new corporate management with a team of three owners. All three owners has their area of expertise where one is into corporate governance from last 20 years with second being Operations Director with decade of experience in building and operating Indian Restaurants and third being corporate executive chef who handles all recipes and quality of the food. Trio makes a perfect team to run this big brand and chain of restaurants.
With three locations: Bush Inn, the original Rolleston restaurant and now the flagship restaurant in the heart of the rebuilt Christchurch CBD.
