Club Physical caters for most members of the family, and Clyb Physical Westgate is our 24/7 Full Service Health Club. You are invited to explore what the gym has to offer and the programmes available. As well as PT options the club offers group exercise classes ranging from YOGA to PILATES and BOXING to ESSENTRICS.
During the morning there is a FREE Kids Club for under- five’s at most locations allowing mums to enjoy precious time-out.
Club Physical is quite different to other gyms and not only pays special attention to your personal goals but regularly runs promotions for charity, such as The Tear Fund.
