Bowen & Craniosacral Therapy will benefit the whole body from aches/pains, muscular/skeletal realignment to providing much needed relaxation. Both work on the soft connective tissue (fascia/muscle) of the body that releases tensions deep in the body. Treatment consists of sequences of small moves, each at a specific site on the body. It can be done through light clothing.
From an early age I have had a keen interest in how the body works, starting my journey by completing a Bachelor of Science (1995). Completing a 2 year Diploma in Biodynamic Craniosacral in 2009 and adding Bowen therapy over the last few years.
My clinic has mainly focused around working with pregnant mums and babies, helping relieve colic symptoms and neck stiffness due to birth.
I am particularly interested in people’s relationships with themselves and how that affects their physical, mental and emotional health and this is the reason I have combined Bowen, Craniosacral therapy, and FES Flower Remedies.
