We as a teacher just need to explore their aptitude and shape them properly so that the student can excel in that arena.Her capability to build connect with students and mentor them has shaped her into an excellent teacher.
Our teaching attribute is paying "Individual attention to each student" as all students are not upto the same level and don't have same learning pace.Everyone is lagging behind somewhere ,so we pickup the struggling areas of the student and guide them particularly at those points.
