Property Management
Due to low overheads I am able to provide a full property management service for just $95. This includes everything except rent checking. For just an extra $20 a month rent checking is available either through Xero accounting software or Asset Property Management's account.
Services provided are:
* Placing ad on Trade Me (at owners’ cost - just $44.85)
* Vetting tenants (credit check at owners’ cost - $25.30) -
optional
* Selecting tenants (in consultation with owner if requested)
* All tenancy paperwork
* Lodging bond with Tenancy Services
* Advising owner of & organising (at owners’ discretion)
repairs & maintenance
* 4 inspections a year with the first being a month after
beginning of tenancy
* Tenancy Tribunal management up to two hours
* Follow up on missed rent
* Rent review at the end of each tenancy
* Pre & post tenancy photos
Excluded:
* Rent records – owner to keep records & advise of
missed rent
