Coaching
I coach leaders at all stages in their working life. I use a future based, solution focus to support you to get the insights and results you need. I can work with you either in person, or via Zoom/Skype or phone.
I use two main research based methodologies when I work with you as a coach:
1. The Results Based Coaching system developed by David Rock and the NeuroLeadership Institute.
2. The Daring Way™ and Rising Strong™ programmes developed by Research Professor Brené Brown.
