Naturopathy
I am a qualified independent Naturopath with a diploma, level 4 relaxation massage certificate & St John's first aid certificate. I am a member of NMHNZ (Naturopaths & Medical Herbalists NZ). I also have 20 years experience as a qualified nurse.
I offer naturopath consults & relaxation massages in a welcoming atmosphere from my home office.
After a full initial consult of 90 minutes, I form a treatment plan with my clients, which is presented within a week at a followup appointment/phone call/email. I use lifestyle & nutrition, supplements, detox plans, herbal remedies & other alternative remedies to aid in improving my clients' health. Note: Some health plans cover naturopath consults.
Followup consults are 30 minutes long and are devised to keep you motivated on your wellness journey & to assess & modify treatment plans as needed.
I charge $40+ & price using a sliding scale.
