AJS Construction is owned by me, Andy Sims. I am a residential builder from Johnsonville, Wellington and have over 12 years' building experience.
I service the wider Wellington region and specialise in small renovations, retaining walls, decks, fences, and all home maintenance - with no job being too small.
I focus on delivering quality work on time and within budget. I have great relationships with reputable tradespeople so can project manage from start to finish.
