Age Concern Hawke's Bay
We are dedicated to supporting older people in the Central Hawke's Bay Community. Our active ageing activities and office are open to anyone 65 and over looking to create social connections, an active lifestyle or in need of support. Support includes Registered Social Workers, Community Liaison, Total Mobility Assessment for discounted vouchers, Work and Income support, Referral Information for support services, Needs Assessment, Exercise Classes, Workshops and social gatherings.
