Comradeship, a delicious cooked meal put on by Tea Tree Café, and prizes for all meant this fun day was a winner for our boys. Even the rain didn’t dampen their spirit!
We thank the Marsden Lions club for inviting us to sponsor such an outstanding event, where the local community came together in such an entertaining way. And of course, a massive Thank You also to the Waipu Golf Club.
We look forward to next year’s bash and equally look forward to meeting any new "bashers" eager to give it a go!
Tigger our office moggy keeping warm and cosy this morning. Lounging on top of the computer in front of the heater.

Thank you so much for sharing your concerns, story ideas, responses, and kind words to my message. We have had a lot more responses than we expected, so I won't be able to respond to every message right away. But over the next week, we'll aim to be in touch with those we feel we could do a story or some kind of follow up.
Thanks again,

Hi All:
I'm trying to assist a researcher interested in the resident leopard seal(s).
1: Does anyone have a clear photo of the seal?
2: There was report that the seal was seen with a pup. Can anyone confirm that (especially with a photo)?
