Neighbour broke my dining room window

About a few weeks before Christmas my neighbour was mowing his macadamia nut orchard lawn and while he was doing this he decided that it was a good idea to run over the fallen macadamia nuts on the ground with his ride on mower. bad idea!! in doing this he flung a macadamia nut into my dining … View moreAbout a few weeks before Christmas my neighbour was mowing his macadamia nut orchard lawn and while he was doing this he decided that it was a good idea to run over the fallen macadamia nuts on the ground with his ride on mower. bad idea!! in doing this he flung a macadamia nut into my dining room window and just missed my 7 year old daughters head.

i approached my neighbour and told him what he had done and he said that he would get onto it .
well... several weeks have passed and my neighbour seems to be avoiding me.
i dont see why i have to pay for damage to my property caused by someone else
what can i do ?

Whangarei Boys High School principal Karen Gilbert- Smith says the news came as a shock. The school won the Northland regional competition at Forum North last June with their performance. Originally established to produce pharmaceutical grade agar, the Pterocladia seaweed collected from our pristine New Zealand coastlines is now used to create products that include seaweed oil, garden mulch, bee nutrition and others currently in development with our research team.
