Nestled amongst the rolling hills of the Charlevoix County in Quebec, Les Quatre Vents has become one of the world’s foremost private gardens. Created over 75 years and three generations, it is an enchanted place of beauty and surprise, a horticultural masterpiece of the 21st century.
Through the words of Cabot and his family, and with the participation of gardening experts and writers, the film captures this remarkable man’s personal story and the artistic philosophy that gave birth to one of the greatest gardens in the world.

The full plan is almost 200 pages long. I found the 12-page summary quite helpful. It provides an overview of the plan, its main actions, participants, and the roadmap from 2018 to 2028.
There will be some who don't, won't or can't engage with the topic and wish for it to please just go away, like the pandemic. Others will want the government, or ratepayers, to build protections or bail them out. There are many uncomfortable discussions ahead of us, for example around home insurance, now that we have waited too long before taking any meaningful action. The plan is our chance to engage and reduce our risk and exposure to the increasingly unavoidable effects of climate change.
We are looking for gardening volunteers. This beautiful garden has been entered into the Whangarei Discovery Garden Touur for 19th November & 20th November 2022.

I was lucky to get the opportunity to study with Awanuiārangi at Papatūānuku Kōkiri Marae. It was the best thing that could have happened, a game-changer. I had a great teacher. Learning at the marae was very special – it got me into Te Ao Māori quickly applying our learning straight away.
I don’t know where I would be without this te reo journey. It was an incredible experience that has changed my life.

The Northland Disability Leadership intern will promote Disabled Leadership and the perspective and reality for disabled people within CCS Disability Action and the community.
Be part of and monitor the promotion of a disability culture in the Northland branch.
Support the Regional Disability Leadership Coordinator to build Sustainability for the Regional Disabled Staff Group to be:
A forum where disabled staff can freely discuss issues and provide input on disability related issues to the Region and Wider Organisation.
A forum to promote the fostering of disabled staff as Leaders.
The Northland Disability Leadership intern will build internal and external relationships that are positive and focused on the well-being of disabled people.
I really want to hear from the community about challenges those less able may be facing, lets look for solutions.
One message I want to get across those will disabilities also have abilities lets focus on what people can do
