We think this was the best apartment on The Block NZ: Firehouse in Kingsland. Stacy and Adam did a stellar job, and now it is going to auction for a second time, on July 28. 2021. Great character apartment, great location.

We’ve stocked the store with all the essentials. Think fleece-lined rain coats and shoes to keep kids warm and dry, and warm, healthy food.
Just pick, click, and give now – we take care of the rest, making sure your purchase gets to KidsCan.

A stoat was first spotted in the 500-hectare pest-free sanctuary at the end of 2020. It later gave birth, meaning there may be up to 11 stoats wreaking havoc among the park's wildlife.
Two female stoats have been trapped this month, and last week the cameras spotted a stoat checking out a stoat “play gym” – a pile of debris placed on a log bridge and with traps inside – where one of its “presumed siblings” was trapped on July 2.
“We treat this positively as it is knowledge to inform next steps and a head start on where to target this next animal,” senior ranger at the sanctuary Matt Maitland said.
“There is genuine excitement that we are making progress, tempered with healthy realism of the task still ahead of us.”

There are many reasons why elder abuse occurs. It often stems from attitudes that are ageist, and disrespectful of older people.
The majority of cases that Age Concerns work with involves older people living in their own homes. In most instances it is family members like adult children who perpetrate elder abuse or neglect.

It cost over $1,000 new (current prices range from $1,100 - $1,300 approx, depending where you buy it online) I saw one site where it was between $1100 and $1200.
Currently it is taking up space in their garage and they want it gone, so to sweeten the pie we are chucking in the range hood (also hardly used) including 2 extra new filters, for FREE if it sells this week.
Asking price is only $650 which is a steal! Wait until you see it, when I first saw it I thought it was brand new!

Suitable for your home, bach, sleepout, granny flat or rental!

YOU ! could easily be one of the people picked out for a reading about your future - - perhaps a new job, a change of address, or other circumstance. OR, given a message from a loved one who has passed.
INTERESTED ? Then why not pop along and be part of our friendly audience ? Many people who have joined us at our meetings have been given detailed evidence from departed friends or family members, sometimes names.
We are a non profit team of volunteers who simply provide a service for those who are interested. There is a different medium each time. The next fortnightly meeting is this Wednesday, the 14th of July, at 7:30pm, at the Theosophical Society Hall, 9e, Annalise Place, off Forest Glen, off Puriri Avenue, Orewa, and,
ALL ARE WELCOME
There is an off road carpark, just look for the flashing Christmas lights. We finish around 9pm and provide free coffee, tea and chocolate biscuits afterwards. And for all this we ask only $5 to cover costs ! ( We have to hire the hall.)
People have received some amazing, enlightening and very comforting readings, as well as good advice. Once you've experienced one yourself it will change your outlook in a really nice way. Forever. So why wait ?
