Council comes down hard on the dog rules, but do nothing about the cars. 11 cars yesterday and it’s not even peak time. Council should get their act together, I don’t think banning dogs is warranted, the majority of them are wonderful and not a danger, but the cars are a danger to unsuspecting kids.
