FAT OFF The Right Way !
He is DR. PAUL G. ANDERSON INTERNATIONAL WEIGHT LOSS SURGEON

BRIEFLY ABOUT THE BOOK:
Ten Reasons Not To Buy This Book
1. You are looking for another diet book.
2. You want an easy-fix weight-loss book.
3. You don’t want to, or can’t, follow simple rules.
4. You only want to be seen to be doing something about your weight, not really committing to a long-
term healthy eating pattern.
5. You would rather do it your way — go on a binge diet now and then.
6. You don’t really care about big food giants feeding you rubbish and shortening your family’s life. 7. Reclaiming your health is too difficult.
8. You don’t believe losing weight improves your medical profile much.
9. You don’t believe you have a food dependency.
10. You are over all these weight-loss guides — they only work while you are using them.
Six Reasons Why You Should Buy This Book
1. Fat Off attempts to understand fears and expectations of those who are overweight, with a view to creating a realistic healthy sustainable guide for healthy eating and weight loss.
2. Fat Off is non-judgemental about extra weight, weight loss and health. It does not stigmatise weight gain with the term “disease”. This is not about fat-shaming: photos of overweight people are displayed to provide motivation. They also emphasise the serious implications medically of weight gain and therefore encourage weight loss as part of cognitive retraining.
3. Fat Off explains the environmental and non-environmental impediments to successful weight loss, and offers ways to try and help defeat them.
4. Fat Off gives information on food contaminants which can cause weight gain and significantly impede weight loss. These contaminants can change not only our genes but also those of our family for generations to come. These alterations may cause significant medical problems and cancer.
5. Fat Off examines the corporate cynicism of fast-food companies. Their influence on weight gain worldwide, through carbohydrate and fat-promoting food, is analysed along with fast food’s associations with cancer.
6. Fat Off is unique in that it addresses weight loss on four different levels: the mind, the brain, the body, and food. Its point of difference is that it shows how different types of food affect our body on each of these levels. This approach uses cognitive behaviour therapy techniques to change the way we think about, and consume, food.

Emergency Mobile Alerts are not meant to replace other emergency alerts, or the need to take action after natural warnings.

You still need to be prepared for an emergency and you should not wait to get an alert before you act. If you feel your life is in danger, don’t wait for an official warning. Take immediate action.
