By the time they got there it was well alight and the kids had left. I had a similar incindent a while ago and reported this to one of the parents that lived close by, the other kids were on push bikes and i believe they go to Southbrook school. If the fire had gotten hold in the trees we could have lost a couple of houses so Please parent be aware and see if your kids are up to mischief in the area. Thank you.

High cloud, 18 or 19 degrees, light winds - perfect conditions for riders and spectators both. I rode the track last night and it is in fantastic condition so we should be in for some fast lap times.
This is a perfect event for riders of all abilities and a great way to experience the competitive side of mountain bike racing in a fun, friendly and supportive environment.
