The way to do this is to understand the property market and current trends in your area, who your potential buyers are likely to be and how best to market to them.
The simplest, most effective way to tap into this information is by selecting a quality real estate consultant who will work hard on your behalf to get the best possible result.

What do you call six women stranded on a mountain in the rain: ridiculous! Or you could call them social climbers … but just not to their faces! Once at the hut, not only do they unload their packs full of food, wine, and a souvenir rock; their hang-ups get unloaded as well.

Once at the hut, not only do they unload their packs full of food, wine, and a souvenir rock; their hang-ups get unloaded as well.
Torrential rain and a flooded bridge keep them stranded for three days. What they get up to, to help pass the time, raises a few eyebrows and will have you laughing, tearing up and applauding enthusiastically as they bare all.
Of course, it’s not just souls that are exposed, there’s a little nudity, a cracking thunderstorm, explosions, screaming bloody murder, ghostly stories, a birthday celebration, a séance, a drunken party, confessions, meltdowns and revelations that will keep you and your friends entertained throughout.
Perfectly timed for your own social group’s ascent into summer, don’t miss this hilarious play when it comes to a town near you in November.

Out of 3 pharmacy’s in Kaiapoi, not one was open in the afternoon. Very disappointed and will just have to use the malls. Could they not roster between them to at least have one available. For people working all week and things to attend to on Saturday mornings, it’s not very helpful.

The object looked like it was "burning up and coming down", one neighbour said. She described it as "moving slowly", and said it had an "orange glow to it" and a long trail.
Coster thought it was a meteor, and joked the "hunt's on to find it now". One person posted to social media to say they had heard it in Oxford. Others reported seeing it from Kaiapoi and Rangiora.
