District council community projects officer Mike Kwant says people are still flouting the rules, despite the council's best intentions.
"We continue to be disappointed by the number of vehicle owners driving in the sand dunes of our beaches, especially Pines Beach.
"We have also suffered ongoing vandalism of fences put in place to protect both this natural environment and the safety and enjoyment of visitors," he says.

We are looking for some portable yards to hire through the summer.
Are there any farmers with Pratley Yards or similar they only use at tailing then they sit idle for 11 months of the year?
If this is the case then we woukd like to be able to hire them through the summer.
