I have a few spaces in my Northland group classes on Monday 7.30pm and Tuesday 6.30 beginner evening classes if you are new to Pilates or are starting back after a break. I have a couple of daytime sessions for one on ones or duos in my studio in Kelburn.

Whether you aren’t quite ready for a group class or would like a more personalised approach I can tailor a session to meet your goals.
