A plethora of positives!
You could say last night was a meeting of "firsts".
We enjoyed Nakhia's and Pete's clear and thought-provoking Icebreaker speeches; welcomed Ishani and Pete, our newest members, to the club; and learned from Norbert's introduction to the role of Grammarian, which is new for our club.
Prepared speeches persuaded us we could redefine reality, be liberated from attachment and be better off running nowhere. That's part of the beauty of Toastmasters - broadening your horizons :)
Hope to see you on 22 June for our 2nd birthday celebration! 🎂
Poll: Do you think banning gang patches is reasonable?

This means arrests can be made if these patches are worn in places like restaurants, shops, on public transport or ferries, and on airplanes. Arrests were made recently at a funeral.
