We’ve been privileged to help Kiwis get the essentials needed to work, study, and stay connected. It’s led to huge demand and some orders are taking longer to deliver. We’d really like to apologise to the customers who’ve experienced these delays.

To help get it sorted faster we’ve quadrupled our Customer Care team, and expanded our order fulfilment network so we can get thousands more orders delivered each day. Plus our remote Tech Solutions service will be free until May 11 to lend customers a hand with technology advice or setting up.

Thanks for your patience, everyone. We’re getting there.

Crews are working to repair this and get water back on as soon as possible.

Water is expected to be back on by 2.30pm. In the meantime, we have arranged for water to be supplied at 167 Vivian Street.

Residents are reminded to keep two metres distance while collecting water, only take what is required for their household, and to return home once water has been collected so our crews can safely get on with the repairs. We encourage residents to carry-out appropriate hygiene practices before and after collecting water.

We apologise for the inconvenience caused by this outage.

Hi - I know a young French guy, who arrived before the Covid outbreak on a working holiday. He's been unable to return because of the lockdown and is getting really desperate for funds now he's stuck in NZ without any govt. assistance.

He's done some work for me and is a fantastic and smart worker who is interested in anything: labouring, supermarket stocking, etc. He's a great guy, fully fit and well, and I highly recommend him but he's stranded with no income. Just hoping someone can help him get though a very difficult time. He's valid to work till Feb 2021. Feel free to call me: 021 784557.

Thank you.
