Volunteers for Mary Potter Hospice Street Appeal

Bakhtawar from Miramar

Hello
Mary Potter Hospice Street Collection is on 18-19 September this year.
I am volunteering as an Area Coordinator for Wellington CBD area (which covers several locations from Courtney Place to Thorndon) on Saturday 19 September. I am seeking volunteers to fill the roster for the different locations in this area. Let me know if you are able to volunteer for 1-2 hours to assist with the collection. You can message me or email me on bakjehsat@yahoo.co.nz
Or you can fill out the registration form on the Hospice website - marypotter.org.nz...
Thank you.

Poll: Do you think banning gang patches is reasonable?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

With the government cracking down on gangs, it is now illegal for gang members to display their insignia in public places whether through clothing or their property.

This means arrests can be made if these patches are worn in places like restaurants, shops, on public transport or ferries, and on airplanes. Arrests were made recently at a funeral.

Do you think this ban is reasonable?
