Hi there, I was wondering if anyone has the above rat trap I could borrow for a fee. I definitely have at least one rat in the garden and that escaped the ordinary trap and doesn't touch it since. Just too clever!

On her neighbourhood walks she notices blocked drains, or dangerous pavements on school routes and spends time phoning the Council to get them fixed. She is part of a local group that petitioned for new school crossings on Takanini School Road. She volunteers at the local school for free maths tuition. She sets a really great example of looking out for her community and makes the world a better place."

This bike is in good second hand condition. There was some minor surface rust which I have treated with rust converter and the brakes/chain have been replaced. The rear gear change doesn’t always change gears but someone with a little more know how than me could probably fix this.

I reckon I might start with something a little simpler first, however. Those Acanthus leaves look so good... but also quite difficult! Maybe an art deco rose, to match my 30s house? New Zealand’s minimum sick leave allowance is one of the lowest in the OECD. In Australia they get 10 days, in most European countries it’s even more.
