Hi everyone,
My little 12 year-old sister and I have some more freshly-picked, pesticide-free habaneros off our bush that we would like to sell to earn some pocket money.

The $1 coin is for size reference, these habaneros are much bigger than chillies I have seen at the local supermarket retailing for $1:30 each (picture included indicating size relative to a $1 coin) and are really hot so you only need to cut up a small portion into food. Habaneros store well in the freezer so any leftover can be frozen until needed for up to a few months.

$1 each or 6 for $5.

I also have some that I have frozen that we would still like to sell at a rate of 2 for $1.50.

Covid-19 safety precautions:
It is recommended that you rinse produce thoroughly with hot water.
See covid19.govt.nz....

Please PM me or email me at haydenthemonkey@gmail.com for more info. Thank!

Running a school’s international programme during a global pandemic, while moving to teaching online as New Zealand went into lockdown, was no easy task.
But it was one Wellington teacher Caroline Robertson rose to.
Robertson, a German teacher and director of international students at Samuel Marsden Collegiate School, won the inaugural ASG Parents’ Award at the National Excellence in Teaching Awards, held virtually on Tuesday night.
Robertson, known to her students (and some parents) affectionately as Frau, said she felt humbled, and a bit overwhelmed, to have received the award.

Good things take time and the couple know this. And this is what makes their food so special.
At the Harbourside Market on Wellington’s waterfront every Sunday, Shree Balasubramaniam and Balu Rajagopal are famous for their South-Indian masala dosa.
The dish consists of a crunchy golden pancake-like roll made from rice and lentils, which are soaked and stone ground and then fermented for five days.
The batter is spread across a hotplate, then artfully rolled up to resemble a tent and placed on a plate on top of two tasty curries – one potato masala and the other, tamarind and orange.
