I need a dirtbox asap, I’ve got a determined blackbird chick and her parents in my yard. My cat brought her inside 5 days ago, she is still alive weirdly, she’s a strong wee thing. Has anyone got a dirtbox that I can borrow for a night? Have the chick in an open box under my back deck, plan is to give the parents time to get her (who are still actively dive bombing my house and talking to their chick) before I take her to the vet tomorrow morning. But I forgot I need a dirtbox.

I have received a lot of donations from very generous people, and I have been adding to it here and there. There is a lot to sort through and I want to match the items to the rescues who said they needed particular items. It's likely I'll be getting touch with said rescues after Christmas, but before New Year's.
I am very happy and grateful about the response it got! I will do this again next year, but start sooner to hopefully collect more and to allow more rescues/ers to participate. :)
Thank you very much and Merry Christmas!

Hi, I'm looking for someone to mow a smallish lawn and do a bit of weed-eating at the same time? Anyone out there wanting the chance to earn some extra cash? It's so close to Christmas now - perhaps between Christmas and New Year if possible?
Simon from Cherrytree

We bought this food processor for a while but the set did not meet our cooking needs. We only used the food chopper twice and the blender less than 10 times. All the parts are in good condition and most of the parts are never used. Also the set is big for our small kitchen.

Ministry of Health figures show the milestone was achieved on Monday, with the Hutt Valley District Health board joining the Auckland, Waitematā, Capital & Coast, Canterbury and Southern DHBs that have also reached the mark.
While the overall population in the valley has reached the Government target, Māori and Pasifika uptake is behind at 78 and 84 per cent, respectively. The proportion of partially vaccinated people in those populations are 89 per cent for Māori and 92 per cent for Pasifika.

I am missing a few of these, but also have a number of doubles, if anyone is keen to swap. Also, if anyone has the Countdown people, truck or car, I would love to buy them for my grandchildren.

Please let me know if this sounds like you or anyone you have had good dealings with in the past, and who might want the chance of a bit more spending money over Christmas!! Unfortunately, I have limited movement so am unable to do this myself.

I have a Goldair heater which is reasonably new. I didn’t save the receipt and not sure where I bought it so I can’t take it back.
Is there anywhere these things can be mended. Hate to clutter up the planet by throwing it out and buying another that will last the same short time.
