Kangatraining mums and bubs exercise class

Come and join us in an exercise class where you:
👆 Have your abdominal separation checked, and exercises adapted to suit your needs while keeping your pelvic floor safe
✌️ Work out while your baby rests on you in a exercise approved carrier
🤟 Get out of the house every week and do something for you, plus meet some other awesome mamas doing the same thing

Classes are:
🥳 Mondays 10am in Miramar
😎 Tuesdays 10am in Brooklyn
🤩 Thursdays 12.15pm in Newtown

The term will begin on Monday 10th February and run for 8 weeks, ending on Thursday 2nd April.

Cost for the term is $90 for one location, or Kanga twice a week for $135.

Poll: Do you think banning gang patches is reasonable?

With the government cracking down on gangs, it is now illegal for gang members to display their insignia in public places whether through clothing or their property.

This means arrests can be made if these patches are worn in places like restaurants, shops, on public transport or ferries, and on airplanes. Arrests were made recently at a funeral.
