The total outdoor water ban has now been lifted, and residents are now permitted to water their gardens using hand-held devices - no irrigation devices, sprinklers or unattended hoses.
This is in addition to year round, alternate day watering - even numbered properties on even numbered dates and odd numbered properties on odd numbered dates
