PPM answer: We do not charge any fees on maintenance and repairs. Everything is covered in our management fee therefore we are not looking for things to fix up so that we can charge a handling fee. You can rest assured if things need doing it's for a valid reason.
4) What are the management fees and/or pricing options when the property is being rented?
PPM answer: We charge a very simple percentage of collected rent. This motivates me to fight for higher rents for our owners. We only start getting our fee once we find suitable tenants and they move in.

When there’s a something outside, the blinds just become a casualty of the resulting frenzy to get out there. Keep blinds raised part-way to allow your pup to see out and avoid wreckage. Avoid this issue by teaching your dog to stay calm in exciting situations.
Many dogs, especially as puppies, will chew on anything in sight. If your blinds have become your pets teething stick, it’s because he doesn’t have anything else to chew on. Deter dogs from gnawing on blinds by spraying slats with sour apple spray (available at pet stores). It smells and tastes terrible to dogs but is neutral to humans.
When you’re away from home, keep your dog in a safe room and give them special toys that are otherwise hidden away. Treat-filled toys and meat flavoured bones are especially appealing. With these toys to keep them preoccupied, they won’t think twice about the blinds.
Dogs can be like children, they have a lot of energy and it will find a way out whether you provide it or not. With this in mind, give your dog an opportunity to tire themselves out and your home might not become a race track.
What are the pet-friendliest window dressings?
Try vertical blinds. Furry friends can nudge slats out of the way to see out the window and they’ll fall back into place afterwards. If pets chew on blind slats, you can order individual replacements instead of getting a whole new set. If pet hair and grime are a problem, just wipe them clean with soap and water.

Ross’ retirement saw the beginning of his musical journey where his passion quickly evolved from making music, to crafting guitars. It all started when Ross and some mates joined a music group where the camaraderie and togetherness were just as important as the music.
Living in a Ryman village, Ross can continue living life to the full in his retirement because they are places where you don’t retire from life, you find a new way to live .

Over the last two years owner Alla Baider has spent $25,000 trying to keep her beloved pet mobile.
Dolly has an empathy with people, that really shone through the Covid lockdown, she said.
“On top of her good looks and winning smile, Dolly has a supernatural sense for whenever someone is feeling down or in pain. It’s impossible to still be upset after receiving a warm hug from her.”

Here's what my foster mum has to say about me:
Charlotte is a sweet wee girl, gentle and friendly with kittenish spirit coming through from time to time. She was initially nervous in her new environment, but patience and gentle encouragement has seen her become playful and sociable.
She likes being patted but isn't too fussed on being picked up and held (although this is improving) and isn't a lap cat at the moment. She spends some of her time in other rooms around the house but mostly likes company and comes when called.
She is an early riser and when she wants something can be quite vocal. She loves playing with small toys and moving things and gets quite absorbed watching action programmes on tv. A warning though, she loves electrical cables. She is a well adapted and house trained cat, and surprisingly, given her underlying nervousness, isn't scared of the vacuum cleaner, however I don't think she will like a rowdy household."
