Seven kiwis died on the roads last Easter. Seven families devastated. Countless other people affected by injury or by grief.

Back off the speed. Don't tailgate or bully other road-users. Stay off the phones and for God's sake don't text and drive. Stay sober and drug free. Avoid fatigue. Stay between the lines and remember to indicate. Watch out for cyclists, pedestrians and those morons who can't figure out how to turn their headlights on when it gets dark or when it rains hard.

Let's aim for zero fatalities this year.
