"My ideal home would be one with a nice backyard, that is big enough for me to explore and potter around in the sun as I love toasting myself on a sunny day. I enjoy my daily walks so would love a family that would be keen to go out, explore with me and show me all the wonderful things out there. I have lots of love to give and like to be with my people. I LOVE food but this love and nose can sometimes get me into trouble. As I want to keep all the cuddles and tummy rubs for myself I am looking for a home as an only dog. Don't be fooled by my size, I can be cheeky and have jumped fences before, so am needing a home that has high fencing. I could live with older kids that are confident around big boisterous ladies like myself. I'm a real sweet heart waiting for a family to pick me. "Another great day for Wellington regarding wildlife. We had two youngsters in town. A young humpback whale was seen in the inner harbour. On Lyall Bay, on our Southern Coast, we had a young leopard seal, which I managed to get a few shots of!
Leopard Seals are amazing to observe, and are highly intelligent. Google, Leopard Seals on YouTube, and you will see how clever these creatures are. Leopard Seals grow to be up 3.5 metres and can weigh up to 600kgs. This juvenile was just under 2 metres, and has some growing to do!
This youngster had been in a battle ( not unusual for young leopard seals!), with some open wounds on its lower neck and torso, however was in pretty good condition otherwise."

I have posted everywhere on Facebook. Checking SPCA and other sites nearly everyday. Sent pamphlets around Miramar neighbourhood but no luck since April. My big black cat (Puss or Patronus) has been missing since the 26th of April.

I have posted everywhere on Facebook. Checking SPCA and other sites nearly everyday. Sent pamphlets around Miramar neighbourhood but no luck since April. My big black cat (Puss or Patronus) has been missing since the 26th of April.
He is an entire adult male
Desexed
Aged around 5-6
Black
Not microchipped
Had a collar which was light blue with a bell (but he tends to lose them)
He has had dental work with 5 teeth out. One obvious is his front canine tooth that is missing.
He was our precious boy, very independent, very cuddly. Doesn't really meow just chirps really cutely.
