And it's fun!

Dynamic Pilates, Marsden Village, Karori, is taking enrolments for the Term 3 Introduction to Pilates Block Course. Eight weekly group classes will run Wednesday 25 July - Wednesday 12 Sept, 7:30pm - 8:15pm.

Participants can then join pilates mat, reformer, chair and tower classes.
