8 WEEK BEGINNERS COURSE
Movement is a proven healing force and Wu Tao, (which means the Dancing Way) is the fun way to exercise your body and take care of your soul, by harmonizing energy flow through dance and music fusion.

The dances are simple yet easy to follow and can be adapted to your individual needs.

There are five core dances at the heart of Wu Tao. These dances free blocked energy in the body by gently stretching and activating the meridian channels.
