Wellbeing was a common thread during the prepared speeches - we learned about Mindfulness, Sleep and how skills from Toastmasters can help in difficult times. The very thorough evaluations were appreciated, too.

Now the company is hitting the boards again - this time bringing the musical of the cult film The Full Monty to Wellington audiences.
If you have always hankered to give live theatre a go we would love to see you at auditions in early February. All you need to do is prepare a suitable song and come along and give it a shot. We’re looking for all sorts of people, different ages, shapes and sizes.
Auditions for this 10-time Tony Award nominated show - which is filled with engaging melodies and the most highly anticipated closing number of any show - are being held on February 2 and 3 at the Berhampore Community Centre on Adelaide Rd.
The show will be staged at the Gryphon Theatre in Wellington from May 29 to June 8.
