Newtown Garage Sale - with Cheese Scones!

Nicole from Newtown

We've Marie Kondo'd our house and have a lot of good things that are going that still spark joy but not enough to keep them. Also, one of us is moving to Canada, so lots to grab.

Go down the driveway between 37 and 39 Rintoul Street in Newtown and you will find us set up out back.

We might also have some fresh baked cheese scones for sale... I'm also trying to get other flats involved so it may or may not be a big event, but either way we will be there.

Will be selling between 9am and 2pm on Saturday and maybe Sunday. Or as long as people are still coming and buying.

Later, we heard from the namesake of a former British Prime Minister - about none other than Brexit!

We also welcomed Masae to the Committee as Treasurer. We're looking forward to working with you, Masae :)

Next up, it's our Open Meeting for World NGO Day - with a guest speaker! Same time, same place, Wednesday 27 February. Bring your friends, family, neighbours and anyone else who'd like to see what Toastmasters is all about.
