The Bell Road reservoir -10M lt - was to replace the original 100y old reservoir with a replacement reservoir - has been delayed (at least) two years and the proposed larger new reservoir in Prince of Wales Parks 35M lt has had its initial price estimate of $29.5M to $58.2M. (in some photos there are reflections of another leadlight window)There are three levels for display and a large and a small door with working keys.
