ANZAC Day 25 April 2019 - we ask you to support this event this year (more than others) either the Brooklyn RSA / BCA run event at the Brooklyn Community Centre on Harrison St from 10.30am, or the National ANZAC Day event at the National War Memorial from 6am onwards.

This is not a celebration of war. But an acknowledgement of the military / civilians who acted for and on behalf of NZ in a variety of global events / conflicts. Those that participated. Those that lost their lives. Those that came home injured (physically and mentally) and those "at home" who suffered also. And in light of domestic and international events, we urge you not to be afraid, But certainly be alert. And if anything seems out of place, contact organisers / security. GBRAI Sec
