With winter finally settling in, they are dangerously low on curtains and are at risk of not being able to meet the demand for this social service.

If you have non-mouldy curtains you no longer need, please donate them to the Curtain Bank and Spark Joy knowing that you have helped to warm up another person’s home.

The Curtain Bank also desperately needs lining for these curtains. If you have white/cream or grey poplin/polyester/cotton or calico sheets in your linen cupboard please donate them to the Curtain Bank.

We regret to inform you that Wellington City Council (WCC) are ending phone2park's contract for parking payment services.

We are extremely disappointed with this unilateral decision. Attempts to persuade WCC to reconsider have failed. The decision to end our contract will take away your right to choose between providers, stifle innovation, create a monopoly for the provision of parking payment by app, and reduce services such as a free help line and payment by texting. 🤨🤦‍♂️☹️
