A number of the bikes stolen were unlocked, or left unsecured in carports or on properties. Police encourage people to take the time to secure their bike, as it's the best way to prevent theft. They recommend a solid D-lock, as some smaller bike locks are easily cut through.
If you have information about stolen bicycles, please call Police on 105, 0800 555 111, or if you see a crime taking place, call 111 immediately.

We have upgraded our washing machine and want to give this one away, it is a fisher and paykel 10 kg intuitive eco. It’s a few years old but still goes well and has a lot of settings which can be useful. Pick up by arrangement please. Other wise it will be disposed off after this weekend

People rent out baches, rooms in their houses, their garages and car parking spaces, so surely hiring out swimming pools is the next logical step.
A new app lets people hire their private pools by the hour, but it hasn't come to New Zealand - yet.
