Since July 2018, there has been no direct service to the Zoo anymore, instead you have to catch High Frequency … View morePrior to the 2018 Bus changes we had a direct trolley bus service to Wellington Zoo from the Railway Station, being the number 10 during the Week and we had the number 23 on the Weekends. Since July 2018, there has been no direct service to the Zoo anymore, instead you have to catch High Frequency bus to Wellington Hospital then catch a feeder bus from Wellington Hospital to the zoo, a journey of 1.5km.

The online Dog Safe Workplace course is set up to provide the skills to gain confidence, awareness, and, improve interaction with our canine friends. Designed to be suitable for everyone including dog lovers, dog owners, people working in the pet industry, and people whose job brings them in contact with dogs such as meter readers. It’s a tool to build confidence in people nervous about interacting with dogs, and you’ll get a certificate on completion.
