$370 per week. Comes with one off street carpark but the road has free on street parking as well. Short walk to lyall bay as well as supermarkets, bus stop, pharmacy, paper plus etc. The room has a huge wardrobe, and the ensuite has plumbing for a washing machine if you want it, but there's also a washing machine downstairs. You would be the primary user of the upstairs kitchen/area as the way their is a kitchen on each floor and flat is set out everything is fairly self contained.
House is well insulated and earthquake strengthened with a heat pump and fiber internet. Gas hot water and everything else is electric.
Current tenants are 2 hairdressers and a post grad student.
Expenses roughly $70-$100 a month. Contract is until Feb 2020.

This means that while uniforms can include both skirts and pants, schools can't label these as "girls" or "boys" items.
Should NZ follow suit?
