Did anyone else in kaiapoi saw strange orange lights around 10pm-11pm
There were 6 of them floating,going in circles, side to side, getting brighter and fading.
One even moved fast and did a star trek type warp thing.

They look like they were on fire or something. Was looking towards motorway from wylie park corner.

Sandi McLean said she decided to take action after seeing the district's population grow and hearing horror stories about North Canterbury families spending all day waiting to be seen in Christchurch.
"There are about 70,000 people [in Waimakariri], yet nothing here – not even an emergency on-call doctor. Oxford, Kaiapoi, Rangiora, even Pegasus is in our area. If it's a weekend all those people just have to go to [Christchurch]."
