WE ARE WELL ON OUR WAY TO MAKING THE RELOCATION POSSIBLE
Another great week of donations from the community - $1,920 along with a generous pledge of $10,000 from the Connect Church who are long time supporters of the Kapiti Community Foodbank.
In addition the Foodbank has transferred a further $38,620.28 from reserves deposits that have become due - making our grand total $85,595.00.
We have identified and committed to a relocatable classroom which with alterations and refurbishment will be most suitable.
The attached picture shows the building in its very raw state.

“As technology progresses and we move further into Industry 4.0, workers must be upskilled to keep pace with new systems and processes, especially older employees who are not digital natives, but who have invaluable experience in their fields,” says Competenz Sector Manager Jahn Vannisselroy
Competenz has developed a new micro-credential to meet the demands brought about by Industry 4.0.
