Recently came across a service I knew nothing about.
'Browns Bins' undertake a green waste bin service in the Hutt Valley - including UH coverage. A large wheelie bin is on loan, and Thursday is UH collection day. It is my understanding there is no cost to use the bin, and the cost per empty is $15. One just rings when the bin is ready to be emptied. Seems there is a growing number of UH clients using the service.
