Before that process can begin, the Terms of Reference to define the scope and purpose of the Inquiry need to be set. Sir Anand would like to hear your views on the draft Terms of Reference so we can work together to make sure we don’t repeat the mistakes of the past.

One is a non smoker and blew a reading of .....2



One is a non smoker and is pregnant and the machine reading recorded both the mother (reading of ...2) and her baby (reading of ...3
