Donald Trump will not last the year but the "Trump Virus" has already done the damage and his poison will likely plunge us ( the human race) into the Third World War.
NZ will not fare worse in this scenario but the outlook is bleak.
We are all to blame for the rise of Trump. For example what is and has NZ leadership saying and doing about Trump and the Trump administration in the White House . Should we not have 'interfered' as much as possible during the 15 months of electioneering leading up to Trumps taking the Presidency through the warped democratic system of the USA?

Could be that Low Cost wheelie bins for weekly/fortnightly rubbish collection are not so low cost when comparing them with other rival companies.
Those with red bins should look at the alternatives.
I accept that "low cost" does not imply "lowest cost".

But this is not so.
1/ The food, cafe/restaurant aspect has not improved.
2/ There seems no more staff than has been from the onset, The theatre is understaffed.
3/ Each theatre within the complex is not as clean as it should be or made clean after each showing before allowing patrons to enter.
4/ The staff (or at least some of then) behind the ticket counter seem inefficient and confused.
But I am pleased that three people under 30 turned up for an afternoon session on a weekday a few days ago and were charged superannuate rates ( $7.50) instead of the theatre's normal rates. Monteray's normal charges are overpriced.

1. If you’re not using it, switch it off: If you’re not using an appliance, such as a heated towel, dryer, or TV, switch it off at the wall so it doesn’t use power on standby.
2. Change your cooking habits: Eat fresh veges instead of cooking. Using the oven for an hour a night can add $20 to your monthly power bill.
3. Use curtains to trap heat in: Let the sun heat your home during the day then close your curtains to stop the warmth escaping in the evening.
4. If you’re away, turn the hot water cylinder off: You can save up to $36 on your power bill if you switch your hot water cylinder off while away on weekends.
5. Make the most out of your FREE Hour of Power: Utilise power deals like Electric Kiwi’s free Hour of Power, which gives you one off peak hour of free power a day. Use this hour to heat your home, turn on the dishwasher, or run the washing machine and dryer.

The stereo has been upgraded and it comes with a 6CD changer in the boot.
There is a second (Brand new) roof that can replace the current one though it hasn't leaked yet. There is also a second hand passenger door (only in white) that I bought to cover a minor dent, then I never really bothered to get it done as it always passed a warrant as is. Both of these are included in the price.
This car is the light of my life but due a spinal operation around 2013 I have not been able to drive it. I've held on, hoping to come right but have to finally admit that's it's not going to happen.
It's last warrant was October 2016 (passed easily) and since then my husband has started and driven it every week to keep it ticking over so it has only done approx 2000kms since then. Registration is on 3 monthly hold at present.
If anybody is interested please contact me and come up and see/drive it.
Price: $2,600
