Alfred Meakin Ltd Pottery was a British company that produced earthenware and semi-porcelain tableware, tea sets, and toilet ware from 1875 to 1976.
The company was founded by Alfred Meakin,
The makers stamp on the back shows the platter was made in 1907.
There is crazing on the plate, hence the low asking price.
Platter is 29cm long and 22.5cm wide approx.
This handpainted platter was made by Temuka Potteries.
It is in the Fruitopia design.
It is in very good, clean condition, no chips or cracks.
Measurements approx - 286mm diameter
Reduced to sell.
