This bike has 16 inch wheels not sure on how high the frame is. It's in good condition bike seat can go down.
We do have training wheels to go with it.
Trying to buy my daughter a new bed and bike and she wants to sell her used but in good condition toys.
This has been a lot of fun but she doesn't play with it anymore.
