Services will be affected as there will be fewer staff on duty. We will be deferring some appointments for surgery, treatments and outpatient clinics and giving priority to an emergency, intensive care and maternity.
All patients whose operations or clinical appointments are affected by the strike will be notified by telephone. Not all clinics are being deferred, so if you have not been notified please call the service to confirm. If you are unsure please call 0800 276 216. Please save the hospital Emergency Department for emergencies.
If your illness or injury is not urgent, you may face long delays. Go to your family doctor or local accident and medical centre

Its easier than you think to learn to read music and start playing, and its a skill you or your child will always treasure. Half an hour private lesson $162 incl GST per 9 week term. I also do shared lessons (with one other student) for Piano $81 per term. For cello, if you are only thinking about it, book just a few lessons (I have many cellos) so you can see if you like it before committing to it and buying your instrument. The jam-packed weekend will be a unique Kiwi festival of motorcycling, with speed, power, poise, balance, daring and high-octane expression by the bucket-load.
MotoFest will run with the same format that was introduced last time around and will again include the popular Kawasaki Trail Ride, Motul Trials Challenge, Star Insurance Bike Show, Alpine Stars Dinner event, Shoei Classic, as well as the national championship superbike racing.
For the first time, ACC’s Shiny Side Up Bike Fest will also be running in conjunction with MotoFest.
