It allows more flexibility in the care provided for both sides and duties and hours are more negotiable. Rates are $28 per hour between 7 am to 11pm and over night from 11pm to 7am it is $200 per shift. I do not offer palliative care support. What I offer is quality support and company with emphasis to give family and or others temporary relief or on a more regular basis.
